Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She performed in The Muny Opera. She earned her degree at The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theater. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theater, acting and choreographing more than two dozen productions. This included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to land TV and film roles as she studied improvisation and became a Theatre West company member. Kelly has an unique voice and her small size makes her able to play a variety of characters. Her name was well-known to the public for taking on the character of the villainous Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However Kelly is more well-known as the bright and cheery receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party night hopper as a Series Regular on the TV Land show The Exes. In addition, she was the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. Soprano was her voice for various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Most recently she can be known as the dim, but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. Her private life is quiet. She enjoys spending time with her family members, which includes two small children.
