Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on February 5 1964. Linney is an American actress who is known for her capacity to play tough characters, but also vulnerable. Linney came from the theatre-loving side of her family. Her father, Romulus Linney was a writer. She received her degree from Brown University, and then went on to study at Arts Theatre School Moscow. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. The actress began performing in the city on Broadway, earning accolades for her roles, including Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
